We provide a variety of affordable housing for qualifying families. Rent is 30% of the family’s monthly adjusted income. Spacious two-bedroom security-locked apartments in two-story complexes are located in north and westside neighborhoods. These buildings are pleasantly landscaped and have off-street parking. Apartments are equipped with refrigerators, ranges, cabinetry, garbage disposals, carpeting, window treatments and wall air conditioning units. All units have ample in-unit closet space and an exterior storage unit. Convenient coin-operated laundry rooms are in each building. Also available are three-bedroom townhomes for qualifying families at scattered sites. These two-story units include 1 ½ bathrooms and have basements with laundry hook-ups. All townhomes are equipped with refrigerators, ranges, cabinetry, carpeting, window treatments and central air conditioning. Units have front and back yards and off-street parking. Central management office is nearby, affording convenient access to tenants’ questions and maintenance needs.
